Some have noticed, some didn’t, but there is this huge once in a lifetime thing going on Saturday 20th of September in Krakow - Poland. One of the best electronica labels ever, Warp records, is celebrating its 25th birthday with a huge party. Literally 30 seconds after I have seen the lineup I bought my ticket. Didn’t really check how far or close Krakow is from Vienna, but who cares if you can see Autechre, Battles, Hudson Mohawke, Rustie, Darkstar, Patton … for about 30€. Plus the location is some abandoned old Soviet Hotel - Forum Hotel.
We will try to capture the whole Warp25 event and write a nice blogpost next week.
