We are a bit late this month but the weather was just too nice so we had to hang out a lot in the sun.
This month we changed the game a little bit and put in our May selection more songs from artists we saw last month play live in Vienna.
A fresh artist we totally spaced out is FKA Twigs. The beats and this voice in combination is just amazing. So better late than never discovered by us :)
Kraftwerk did their show marathon at Burgtheater, which was supposed to be every show a different album, but in the end it was somehow just a few songs from a specific album and then always the same show. A lot of people were quite pissed off because they got a few tickets for different shows and ended up seeing more or less the same show a few times.
The Beatmaker Sessions made a big party and one of the outstanding artists playing there were Levni & Sloth Pallas. We just had to put their hymn like song “Tandur” in the may list after watching them playing a perfect show at Beatmaker Sessions Party.
